Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
For Dough
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Rest the dough for 5 min.
- Step 5
For Filling
In a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp achari masala and 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Mix all ingredients well and keep aside.
- Step 7
For Kulcha
Roll out the dough and fill the stuffing.
- Step 8
Fold and seal.
- Step 9
Flatten into a kulcha lightly.
- Step 10
On a heated tawa, apply water at the base of Kulcha and roast with 2 tsp ghee on both sides
- Step 11
Tasty Achari Gobi Kulcha is ready to serve hot.
