Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 small bowl rajgira flour, 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tbsp white til and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3
Now add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Dust some flour and roll out into a round roti..
- Step 5
Heat pan and roast the roti on both sides using 1 tsp oil making sure its cooked well.
