Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add walnut powder and roast until light brown

Pour 1/4 cup skimmed milk and keep stirring until the milk is absorbed and the mixture thickens.

Add 1/2 tbsp khoa, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, saffron water and mix well
- Step 4
Mix well and cook until the halwa reaches a smooth consistency.

Remove from heat and serve warm.
