- Step 1
In a bowl, take 1/4 cup rice flour, peanut powder made from 1 tbsp peanuts, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped curry leaves, 1 tsp chopped onion 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji.
- Step 3
Mix and mash everything properly.
- Step 4
Take a clean banana leaf and brush it with 1 tsp coconut oil.
- Step 5
Pat the dough on the banana leaf to form round shape and make holes in the centre. Keep aside.
- Step 6
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil on a nonstick tava and put the raw roti on it.
- Step 7
Flip and roast roti on both sides until browned and crispy.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
