- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp butter,1.5 tbsp powder sugar, and whisk it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 egg,1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 3 tbsp almond flour,1/3 tsp baking powder, and mix it well. Knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding cranberries.
- Step 4
Refrigerate dough for 20 minutes and make small round shaped balls. Flatten the balls lightly.
- Step 5
Place butter paper on a tray and place the cookies.
- Step 6
Mix 1/2 an egg yolk and 1/2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk together and brush it on top of the cookie dough and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 1214 minutes.
- Step 7
