In a bowl add 1/8 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp methi leaves, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp haldi, 2 tbsp almond powder and salt for taste

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3
Knead into a smooth dough using little water
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide into equal parts and roll out into a round shape
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast using ghee on both sides evenly
- Step 7
Serve the hot paratha with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd.
