- Step 1
In a heated pan add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing,2 tbsp copped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp dry Red Chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/4 tsp dhania powder.

Saute all ingredients well.
- Step 3
Now add 1/4 cup french beans and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Mix well, add water as required and let it cook for 34 min.
- Step 5
To this mixture add 1/2 cup boiled potato, 1/4 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Tasty aloo beans sabji is ready to be served with chapati.
