Ingredients

- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 5 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and mix.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/8 cup chopped bottle gourd, 2 tsp chopped pumpkin,1/4 cup chopped potato.
- Step 3
Spice it with 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp sambhar powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Add water and cook.
- Step 5
Add cooked dal and mix all ingredients.
- Step 6
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Simmer til all the spices blend well with dal.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
