Take a pan and heat 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Then add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp urad dal, 2 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp julienne cut onion and saute well.

Then add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup boiled potatoes and mix well.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Serve hot with chapatti.
