- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped potato and a little water.
- Step 4
Cover and allow to cook.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt and garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Serve hot with roti or rice.
