Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/2 tsp kalonji, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 cup chopped potato, 4 cauliflower florets, 2 tbsp peas and add water as required.
- Step 4
Cover and cook till done.
- Step 5
Serve hot with chapatti.
