- Step 1
Take a bowl and soak 2 tbsp dates in hot water for sometime, mash the dates and mix with 4 tbsp oil and whisk well
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup wheat flour, and 1/2 cup oats flour and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 cup chopped apple, 20 black raisins, 1 tbsp chocolate chips,1/8 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder. Mix and fold the batter.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 6
Put liners into the muffin mould.
- Step 7
Pour the batter into the mould and bake at 180 degrees Celsius For 15 mins.
