Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and add 1/4th cup grated apple and cook until it softens.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp sugar, stir until it dissolves and keep aside.
- Step 3
Heat another pan, pour 1 cup soy milk and bring it to a boil.
- Step 4
Now add sweetened apple and stir all ingredients.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped walnut, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 6
Simmer until it thickens
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 8
Serve warm or chilled.
