Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee, add 1 bay leaf, 1 green elaichi, 5 raisins, 2 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts and roast until light brown

- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp sugar and mix until it dissolves well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 5
Serve hot.
