Ingredients

- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1 lavang, 1/4 tsp green chillies, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 3
Add 3 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1/2 cup babycorn and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped methi leaves.
- Step 5
Allow it to simmer.
- Step 6
Now add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp amchur, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Mix well and serve hot with rotis or parathas.
