Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add sugar 2.5 tbsp and water as required.
- Step 2
Boil to one thread consistency.
- Step 3
Add almond paste and combine with sugar syrup
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 2 tbsp khoa, and 2 tbsp ghee.
- Step 5
Mix continuously till the barfi starts to leave the pan.
- Step 6
Take a tin, add 2 tbsp chopped almond, transfer the barfi and pat it evenly.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almond
- Step 8
Refrigerate until it sets and cut into pieces.
- Step 9
Almond Barfi is now ready to be served!
