- Step 1
Roast and mash 1/2 small brinjal and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a kadhai, add 1.5 tsp oil in a pan, 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp chopped onion, add 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4th tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mashed brinjal. Mix well.
- Step 4
Garnish it with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Serve hot. Enjoy.
