Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp jaggery powder and 1/3 cup poha.
- Step 2
Mix everything well.
- Step 3
For tempering, heat a pan with 2 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1 red chilli and pour it over poha mixture.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1/4 cup chopped banana.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Serve.
