In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp boiled and chopped potato, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 no. kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp suji, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp jeera.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds.
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients well and add water as required.
- Step 4
On a hot pan pour 1/4 tsp oil and spread the prepared batter well.
- Step 5
Roast it evenly on both the sides.
- Step 6
Yummy bajri pancakes are ready to serve.
