- Step 1
For Basil Sauce
In a pan, melt 1 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, whisking continuously, and cook until thickens.
- Step 3
Add in basil puree and 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4
For Baked Vegetables
In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute well until translucent.
- Step 5
Now, add the boiled carrot, peas & cauliflower,1/8 cup chopped cabbage,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt, and saute it well.
- Step 6
Add in basil sauce, mix and pour it into a greased baking tray. Spread over 1/3 cup boiled mashed potato and 2 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 7
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
