- Step 1
For Filling
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till onion is translucent.

Add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 cup minced chicken, 1/3 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and saute well.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.

Cover and cook till chicken is tender.

Keep aside

For Dough
In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,1 tsp ghee, and water as required.
- Step 7
Knead the mixture into a soft dough. Cover and rest for a few minutes.
- Step 8
For Gujiya
Take a portion of dough, roll it out and add the prepared mixture into it.
- Step 9
Bring both edges together and seal the Gujiya.
- Step 10
Brush the gujiyas with 1 tsp oil & bake at 180degree Celsius for 20 25 minutes.

Tasty Gujiya is ready.
