- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp chopped green chili, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves and 1/2 tsp grated ginger.
- Step 2
Mix well using your hand, add palak puree made with blanched 1/4 cup spinach and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Rolling it in a ball, coat them very lightly with wheat flour, flatten them and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 4
Apply 2 tsp oil and bake them at 180 degree for 2530 minutes
- Step 5
Serve hot with ketchup.
