- Step 1
For Filling
Heat 1 tsp oil in a Pan add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp salt, and sate till onion is translucent.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 cup minced mutton,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and saute well.

Cover and cook till chicken is tender.

For Dough
In a bowl add 2/3 cup wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp ghee, and water as required.

Knead the mixture into a soft dough.
- Step 7
Take a portion of dough, roll it out and add the prepared mixture into it.
- Step 8
Bring both the edges together and seal the Gujiya.
- Step 9
Brush the gujiyas with 1 tsp oil & bake at 180degree Celsius for 20 25 minutes.

Tasty Gujiya is ready.
