- Step 1
For Stuffing
In a bowl add 1/2 cup grated paneer, 3 tsp schezwan chutney, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, and 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
For Dough
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 3 tbsp soya flour, 1/2 tsp oil, 1/8 tsp salt, and water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough ball using a rolling pin.
- Step 5
Add prepared mixture, make samosa & seal.
- Step 6
Brush the samosa with 1 tsp oil and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius till it turns golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
