- Step 1
In a bowl, make a mixture of 2 tsp chopped almonds,1 tsp oil, add 1 egg yolk & beat.
- Step 2
Now add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup chopped banana, 50g chopped peach , 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp brown sugar and whisk properly.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding cinnamon.
- Step 4
Sieve in 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
- Step 5
Add water as required and whisk again.
- Step 6
Now add 1 whipped egg white and fold the batter gently.
- Step 7
Grease the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and dust maida.
- Step 8
Pour the batter in the tin.
- Step 9
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 mins.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
