- Step 1
In a bowl, crack 1 egg, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup chopped banana, 3 tbsp powdered jaggery, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp oil and whisk until smooth
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup wheat flour and mix well, add a little water water to adjust the consistency
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix gently
- Step 4
Fold in 2 tsp chopped walnuts and mix again.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 6
Fill each mould about 2/3 full.
- Step 7
Bake the muffins for 1520 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 8
Remove muffins from oven and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- Step 9
