Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, saute well.

Then add water as required, sitr well on medium flame.
- Step 3
Add 6 boiled potato, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4
Add kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist), saute well.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
