Steps
- Step 1
In a pressure cooker, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp each of chopped onion, carrot, capsicum and saute well.
- Step 2
Then dd 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, water and 2 tbsp barley.
- Step 3
Pressure cook till 5 whistle.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
