Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 2 cloves, 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and mix
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage and cook for a minute
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 4
Add soaked tur dal, soaked barley, 1/4 tsp haldi, salt for taste and add water as required
- Step 5
Cover and pressure cook for 23 whistles.
- Step 6
Serve hot with kadhi or plain Nestlé A+ Curd
