- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp diced baby corn, 3 broccoli florets, 1/8 cup diced red capsicum and saute.
- Step 2
Add barley and water as required and bring it to a boil
- Step 3
Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and simmer until thickens a little
- Step 4
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and stir well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 6
Serve warm.
