- Step 1
For Basil Gnocchi
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato,2 tbsp wheat flour, basil puree made from blending 1.5 tbsp chopped basil, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and knead into a dough,
- Step 2
Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till it cooks.

For Cheese Garlic Gnocchi Pasta
In a pan heat, 1/2 tbsp olive oil then add into the 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, and saute it well.
- Step 4
Add basil gnocchi ,1/8 tsp salt, 20g parmesan cheese, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve hot.
