Steps

Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4 cup maida, 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and water as required.

Rest the dough for 5 mins.

Divide it into equal sized balls.

Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
