- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped bathua leaves and 1/4 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 3
Transfer the mixture to the blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- Step 4
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup wheat flour, bathua paste, and knead to a soft dough.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten each dough ball, and roll it into a round paratha.
- Step 7
Heat a tawa, place the paratha, and roast it with 1/2 tsp oil till it is done.
- Step 8
Serve hot with 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd.
