- Step 1
Soak, sprout and boil 2 tbsp rajma and 1 tbsp matki
- Step 2
Take a bowl, add 1/8 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/8 cup chopped cucumber, and 1/8 cup chopped apple.
- Step 3
Add sprouted and boiled rajma and matki.
- Step 4
Season it with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1.5 tsp lemon juice,1 tsp honey,1 tbsp chopped basil leaves.
- Step 5
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it properly and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 7
Serve fresh.
