- Step 1
For Wonton Stuffing
In a bowl add boiled mashed rajma, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, salt for taste and mix it well

For Wonton
In a bowl add 1/8 cup wheat flour, 1/8 maida, 1/2 tsp oil and mix well
- Step 3
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each to a round shape
- Step 5
Place a small spoonful of the bean filling in the center of each round
- Step 6
Fold the dough to form a dumpling shape, pinching the edges tightly to seal.

For Soup
In a pan add water and bring it to a boil
- Step 8
Add1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/8 cup chopped spinach, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 9
Gently drop the wontons to the simmering broth and cook until the wontons are tender.
- Step 10
Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring each bowl gets some wontons.
- Step 11
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 12
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot
