- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled and mashed potato, 2 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/2 moong sprouts, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mash well.
- Step 2
In another bowl, add 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese,1/4th tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4
Take a portion of potato mixture and flatten it.
- Step 5
Fill in with 1 tbsp cheese mixture.
- Step 6
Fold and roll into round balls.
- Step 7
Coat it with 2 tsp bread crumbs.
- Step 8
Heat oil for frying and deep fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
