Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp urad dal and kadi patta
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3
Cook until soft
- Step 4
Add cooked basmati rice, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and combine well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts
- Step 6
Serve warm
