Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/2 cup grated beetroot and saute until excess moisture evaporates.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tbsp khoa, 1 tbsp sugar powder and mix well until it dissolves.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp chopped almonds and mix well.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 5
Serve warm.
