- Step 1
Grate beetroot, squeeze its juice and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a mixing bowl take 1/4 cup hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice along with 1 tsp grated beetroot juice.
- Step 3
Mix well till a smooth consistency is obtained, follow this by transferring to a bowl.
- Step 4
Garnish with black sesame seed.
- Step 5
Serve cold or room temperature.
