Steps
- Step 1
Take 2 tsp rice, cook and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a bowl add previously cooked rice, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Mix till you obtain a batter consistency.
- Step 4
In a pan heat 1.25 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Spread the mixture and cook until well done on both sides.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
