- Step 1
For Filling
In a bowl add 2 tbsp grated beetroot,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/8 tsp dry mango powder, white and black sesame seeds powder. Mix well.
- Step 2
For making kulcha
Take a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Mix well and knead a soft dough. Rest the dough.
- Step 5
Roll the dough in a round shape.
- Step 6
Fill the stuffing, fold and seal the dough.
- Step 7
Roll the dough into a kulcha.
- Step 8
Roast with 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 9
Garnish it with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 10
Add remaining black and white sesame seeds powder.
- Step 11
Flip the kulcha and roast the other side.
- Step 12
Serve Hot. Enjoy.
