Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp grated beetroot, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp amchur, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and water as required.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough and make small ball.
- Step 3
Roll out dough ball into tortilla.
- Step 4
Roast tortilla on both the sides.
