In a bowl add 1/2 cup mashed paneer, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp mixed herbs,1/4th tsp red chili flakes, 1/8 tsp black pepper and salt for taste

Mix well and set aside

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4
Take the yellow capsicum and red capsicum slices, fill the rounds with the paneer filling.
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan with 1.5 tsp oil, place the rings and roast until crisp and golden brown
- Step 6
Serve hot
