- Step 1
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 30gm chopped potato and saute well. Once cooked turn of the heat and let it cool.
- Step 2
Blend this mixture until smooth.
- Step 3
Heat this blenderized puree.
- Step 4
Add 2 tsp each of chopped green capsicum, yellow capsicum and julienne red capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and water as required.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped spinach.
- Step 6
Cover and let it cook for 810minutes on low heat.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
