Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 3/4 tsp olive oil, 1/10 tsp ajwain, 3 tbsp grated cauliflower and saute it for 2 mins on high flame.Turn off the flame.
- Step 2
Take the mixture in a bowl.
- Step 3
Add cooked couscous, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest and 8 cranberries.
- Step 5
Toss all the ingredients.
- Step 6
Serve
