Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup besan, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp baking powder.
- Step 2
Gradually add water and whisk to a smooth and thick batter consistency.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and mix it well.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5
Heat oil in a kadhai for frying and drop spoonful of batter.
- Step 6
Cook until crisp and golden brown
- Step 7
Serve hot.
