- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3
Add a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Knead a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts.
- Step 7
Roll each dough ball into round roti.
- Step 8
Heat a tawa, roast the roti on both sides
- Step 9
Flip the roti and apply 1/2 tsp ghee
- Step 10
Serve warm with sabzi or dal.
