Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 cup chopped bhindi and stir well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and stir well. Cover and let it cook.
- Step 3
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp haldi, water as required and whisk well
- Step 4
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 kadi patta and mix.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi and stir well. Add the Nestlé A+ Curd mixture into it and add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jaggery and mix well
- Step 6
Add cooked bhindi into it.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 9
Serve with chapati
