Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing and 1 cup chopped bhindi.
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and stir.
- Step 3
Cover and cook until tender.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6
Serve hot with phulka.
