Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Rinse 1/3 cup poha and set aside.
- Step 2
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai and allow it to splutter.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp peanuts, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 cup julienne onion and saute.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp haldi, poha and add 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 5
Mix everything well.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1 tbsp bikaneri sev.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
